Job Title: Head of Secondary

A visionary leader is needed to spearhead the secondary department and foster a love of learning in students. The British International School in Kuwait seeks an exceptional educator to assume this pivotal role, commencing September 2025.

Requirements

We seek a candidate with:

• BEd degree or a BA degree with PGCE / QT
• Master's Degree is preferable
• At least 10 years of experience in education, with a minimum of 4+ years in a leadership role
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Previous experience in a similar role in a British Curriculum School
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment
• A commitment to continuous professional growth and development
