Job Responsibilities

  1. Supervise administrative and government-related activities to facilitate the Company’s staff government and support related requirements.
  2. Administer contracts with service providers and manage relationships with external providers such as cleaning, maintenance, security, etc., continuously evaluating their performance and quality of services to ensure they meet the Company’s administrative needs.
  3. Supervise the purchasing, leasing, maintenance, and disposal of business vehicles to ensure proper utilization of the Company’s business vehicles as per established policy.
  4. Manage maintenance claims and their timely closing, while maintaining adequate resolution to all claims.
  5. Ensure all departments have the necessary furniture, required equipment, and office supplies to function effectively.
  6. Identify new premises options and evaluate their suitability in accordance with set requirements and standards.
  7. Recommend improvements to the Admin department’s policies and direct the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of activity.
  8. Ensure relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled while delivering high-quality and cost-effective results.
  9. Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices, taking into account leading practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.
  10. Identify, assess, and recruit key talent for the Admin department.
  11. Manage and assist subordinates to perform their functional operations in accordance with set policies and procedures.
  12. Guide, mentor, and develop the Admin department’s team as part of their continuous development.
  13. Set performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate/appraise the team, and provide regular feedback on performance.
  14. Promote a high-performance working environment within the Admin department.
