The purpose of this role is to provide a quality audit service in order to verify compliance with the different elements of the Integrated Management System and make recommendations to encourage continuous improvement of the operations and maintenance of Serco Dubai Metro. Responsibilities include:Review, follow-up and close out corrective actions.Provide coaching, training and expert advice on the raising/carrying out of corrective actions.Identify root causes and adequacy of SMART actions to prevent re-occurrence.Participate in the development and implementation of a risk-based programme of audits against all elements of the management system; ensure timely implementation and delivery.Participate in the development of a risk-based programme of supplier audits; ensure timely implementation and delivery.Undertake audits to determine the effectiveness of, and compliance with, the elements of the Integrated Management System.Produce meaningful, comprehensive and robust audit reports in a timely fashion.Conduct stakeholder review meetings for audits (both internal and external) and agree pragmatic corrective actions for any areas of deficiency with the relevant stakeholders.Monitor progress of implementation and agreed actions.Ensure that all findings and corrective actions arising from audits are uploaded in the system (Q-Pulse and Assure) in a timely fashion.Coordinate all aspects of external audits and inspections on behalf of the Serco Dubai Metro business units.Coordinate responses to the Client regarding corrective actions arising from their audit findings in liaison with relevant process owners.Produce reports on corrective actions and audit summaries.This role requires a professional understanding of a subject or a business unit, typically providing a service to a large organisation across various functions. At this level, candidates should possess a professional qualification plus relevant business experience, and will provide advice and guidance to Line Managers in their area of expertise.The ideal candidate should meet the following qualifications:Degree holder or high diploma of post-secondary education in a related engineering discipline.Hold a recognized auditing qualification.Knowledge of railway organisational structures and standards, workflows, procedures and terminology.Ability to write technical and audit reports, routine business correspondence and prepare method statements as required.Good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Proficient in spoken and written English.Strong organisational skills, detail-oriented, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.Hold a valid UAE driving license with good driving skills and experience.The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably 5 years, as a certified quality auditor in the rail industry, with strong audit-related expertise, including understanding of compliance requirements, monitoring guidelines, and standards (e.g., ISO9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001).
