Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of medical operations, including clinical care, patient safety, and quality improvement.
- Develop and implement medical policies and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to medical staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve medical services.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of medical staff, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as healthcare providers and regulatory agencies.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in medical research and technology, and incorporate new findings into clinical practice.
- Represent the organization in medical conferences, seminars, and other professional events.
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards, including patient confidentiality and informed consent.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid DHA License
- Years of work experience: 10+ years of experience in healthcare management or medical administration.
- Language requirements: Fluent in English, additional language skills are a plus.
