They are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Country Manager to lead their operations in Al Khafji. Saudi Arabia The Country Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of business operations in Saudi Arabia . He will develop and execute strategies to achieve business goals, drive revenue growth, and ensure operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the local market. Key Accountabilities

• Develop and implement the country-specific business strategy in alignment with global corporate objectives.
• Identify growth opportunities and drive market expansion initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
• Oversee daily operations, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer service functions.
• Ensure effective implementation of company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to achieve profitability targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government authorities.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and public forums.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, laws, and industry standards.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with business operations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience We are Looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within Oil and Gas and/or Energy Sector /or any International Company.
• Strong understanding of the local market, including business practices, cultural nuances, and regulatory environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to travel as needed.
