Electronics Technician - Gas Analyzers

Job Description

As an Electronics Technician specializing in gas analyzers, you will be responsible for diagnosing, testing, and repairing electronic systems and components used in gas detection and analysis instruments . This is a hands-on role where you’ll apply your technical expertise to troubleshoot a range of issues, from minor malfunctions to complex system failures, ensuring that our instruments perform at optimal levels for our clients. Key Responsibilities: •   Troubleshoot and repair electronic circuits and systems in gas analyzer instruments. •   Perform routine maintenance and calibration on gas analyzers to ensure accurate and reliable measurements. •   Analyze fault reports, conduct diagnostics, and determine root causes of malfunctions. • Assess and repair electronic components using advanced test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, calibration tools). •   Read and interpret technical schematics, manuals, and calibration data specific to gas analyzer instruments. •   Provide troubleshooting support for both internal teams and customers, offering timely and accurate technical assistance. •   Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control procedures, and company policies. •   Maintain accurate service records and reports for repairs and calibrations. •   Assist in developing and improving repair and maintenance processes for gas analyzer instruments.
