Job Description

• Customer Engagement : Provide exceptional service, assisting clients with product selection, providing styling advice, and creating a personalized shopping experience.
• Product Knowledge : Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand’s watches, jewelry, and collections, including features, care, and value.
• Sales & Targets : Achieve sales goals and KPIs, actively promoting product features, new arrivals, and limited editions to drive revenue.
• Inventory Management : Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and organization of products in the store.
• Customer Relationship : Build long-term customer relationships, following up on sales, and managing client queries or concerns.
• Transaction Processing : Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and returns or exchanges.
• Brand Ambassador : Represent the brand with professionalism, embodying its values and image in every customer interaction.
• Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively with team members to meet store objectives and maintain a positive working environment.
