- Education Required: Bachelor
- Minimum Teaching Experience: 1 year of teaching experience
- Major: Curriculum
- Required Certificates: Teaching Credential/License
- Work Visa Eligibility: United States (USA), Canada
- Bachelor's degree in Curriculum & Instruction or Education required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience directly related to the accreditation process in a school or university.
- Prior teaching experience preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- End of service indemnity: Half a month's salary for each year taught at AAG for the first 5 years of service and a full month's salary starting with the 6th year and onward; received upon completion of service.
- Relocation allowance: 120 KD, payable upon arrival
- Personal days: 3 per academic year (10 KD paid for each day not used at the end of the year)
- Sick leave: 6 per academic year
- Contract: Paid over 12 months including school holidays with pay
- Emergency leave: Handled case-by-case
- Bereavement leave: Five days with pay/five days without pay for immediate family members
- Airline ticket: Provided to and from your point of origin every summer
- Extra baggage allowance: 65 KD
- Housing: Furnished apartment (2 bedrooms) with phone, free utilities, and cable TV

- Plans, develops, coordinates, and implements assessment, accreditation, and academic program and review activities across AAG; continually monitors progress toward identified goals and objectives to support continual accreditation of the school.
- Under the direction of the Superintendent and Executive Assistant collects, compiles, and analyzes data related to faculty qualifications, curriculum standards, enrollment, and other academic activities for accreditation, academic program reviews, self-studies, school-level decision-making, and other related activities.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies as it relates to school data; directly liaises with accrediting bodies; compiles reports and information for dissemination to school administrators.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate methods for collecting and analyzing data; collaborate with the Superintendent and Executive Assistant and/or other designee for technical platforms for collecting, maintaining, and reporting data.
- Provides technical and professional guidance, consultation, and support to faculty, staff, school administrators, and other related personnel as it pertains to the school's progress toward accreditation, collection of data, and other related activities.
- Interprets assessment findings; analyzes and compiles comprehensive statistical and narrative data; assists with the preparation of official assessment reports to summarize findings.
- Plans, develops, and implements various special projects as assigned; plans, coordinates, promotes, and facilitates special events, programs, and/or activities.
- Reviews and ensures accurate completion and timely submission of reports as required, concerning assigned areas of responsibility.
- Maintains currency of knowledge concerning relevant state-of-the-art technology, equipment, accreditation processes, and/or systems.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
