Business Development Manager (Digital Marketing Agency)

Our client, a dynamic start-up marketing agency, is seeking a talented BDM to drive sales in digital marketing services, including performance marketing solutions, lead generation, SEO, website design & development, and social media marketing. Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans to drive company revenue and growth.
Collaborate with teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize sales processes.
Leverage a strong network within UAE companies to establish and nurture client relationships, bringing potential clients to the new start-up.
Meet with clients to discuss available options and tailor services to their needs.
Identify and target new clients through proactive outreach, including cold calling and selling advertising space or time.

Requirements:

Proven sales experience in the UAE working for a digital marketing agency
Recent experience selling performance marketing, SEO, web design & development, and social media marketing services
Strong track record of achieving sales targets and building lasting client relationships.
UAE driving license is required is essential.
Excellent presentation and communication and a can-do attitude.
