Job Summary BIE hires a number of non-teaching roles in areas including Customer Service, Admissions & Marketing, Operations, IT, HR, Procurement and Finance. - Well-spoken and proficient in English and Arabic
- Experience in a sales role (Experience in academies and gyms would be an advantage)
- Confident, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented
- Familiarity with sports, arts, and recreational activities preferred
- Identify opportunities and close sales targets based on leads that will be provided, through telemarketing, text messages, social media and "walk-ins".
- Build loyalty and develop strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Advise customers on what classes, coaches, and training locations would be most suitable for their children.
- Maintain a CRM database for communicating with contacts, including mailing lists, contact numbers, and email addresses.
- Keep up-to-date on locations, timings, and availability of running classes.
- Liaise with the British Academies administration and coaches on the availability of classes and events.
- Report to management on Sales Status updates.
- Respond to phone calls at the British Academies.
