Responsibilities

  • Source and develop new brands to address category needs, and manage the regulation and compliance process for new SKUs.
  • Ensure timely and effective implementation of new product launches.
  • Plan and oversee the product lifecycle, including preparing sales and stock plans.
  • Ensure proper stock levels, manage regional assortments at the SKU level, and maintain planograms and merchandising visibility.
  • Prepare sales forecasts at the SKU level by store, country, and channel.
  • Conduct bi-yearly brand assortment analysis, propose action plans for SKU optimization and merchandising, and provide post-launch reports on key products.
  • Prepare and track monthly category and brand performance KPIs, monitor budgets, and manage brand relations.
  • Coordinate internally across departments to address brand-related topics and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Skills Required
  • Over 3+ years of experience within Buying.
  • Beauty experience is a MUST.
  • Strong numerical skills with the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
  • Motivated, committed, goal-oriented with good communications skills.
  • Energetic and passionate about Beauty and Luxury.
