Responsibilities
- Source and develop new brands to address category needs, and manage the regulation and compliance process for new SKUs.
- Ensure timely and effective implementation of new product launches.
- Plan and oversee the product lifecycle, including preparing sales and stock plans.
- Ensure proper stock levels, manage regional assortments at the SKU level, and maintain planograms and merchandising visibility.
- Prepare sales forecasts at the SKU level by store, country, and channel.
- Conduct bi-yearly brand assortment analysis, propose action plans for SKU optimization and merchandising, and provide post-launch reports on key products.
- Prepare and track monthly category and brand performance KPIs, monitor budgets, and manage brand relations.
- Coordinate internally across departments to address brand-related topics and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Over 3+ years of experience within Buying.
- Beauty experience is a MUST.
- Strong numerical skills with the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
- Motivated, committed, goal-oriented with good communications skills.
- Energetic and passionate about Beauty and Luxury.
