QP Management is a forward-thinking firm specializing in sustainable design and construction. We are committed to promoting environmentally responsible practices and are currently seeking a LEED AP Certified Professional to join our team. Job Summary: As a LEED AP Certified Professional, you will play a critical role in advancing our sustainable initiatives and ensuring that our projects meet LEED certification standards. You will collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to integrate sustainable practices throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise in LEED certification processes and requirements for various project types.
- Assist project teams in the development and implementation of sustainable design strategies.
- Conduct sustainability assessments and energy modeling.
- Prepare and submit documentation for LEED certification.
- Educate and train project teams and clients on sustainable building practices and LEED standards.
- Stay current with green building trends, technologies, and regulations.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to optimize sustainable solutions.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to design reviews.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) credential is required.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sustainable design, green building, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of LEED rating systems and sustainable building practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
