As a UX Researcher, you will play a crucial role in understanding user behaviors, needs, and preferences to inform the design and development of our products. You will conduct qualitative and quantitative research, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and advocate for user-centric design principles.Responsibilities:User Research: Plan and conduct user research activities, including usability studies, interviews, surveys, and user testing, to gather insights into user behaviors and preferences.Data Analysis: Analyze research findings and translate them into actionable recommendations for design and development teams. Create and maintain user personas to represent different user segments, ensuring a deep understanding of user motivations and goals. Work closely with designers, product managers, and developers to integrate user research into the design and development process.Usability Testing: Plan and execute usability testing sessions to evaluate the usability and effectiveness of prototypes and products.Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive analyses to identify industry trends, best practices, and opportunities for innovation.User Journey Mapping: Develop user journey maps to visualize and communicate user interactions and touchpoints across various channels.Feedback Collection: Establish mechanisms for collecting and analyzing user feedback, ensuring continuous improvement of products.Advocacy: Advocate for user-centric design principles within the organization, fostering a user-centered culture.QualificationsBachelor's in Information Science.4 years of experience in the related field.Proven experience as a UX Researcher in a product development environment.Experience with MIRO and the usual MS Office suite.Strong knowledge of user research methodologies and best practices.Proficiency in using tools such as usability testing platforms, survey tools, and data analysis software.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
