Chief Procurement Officer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Chief Procurement Officer to join our team at Adnar Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining records of goods ordered and received, locating vendors, and preparing purchase orders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of goods ordered and received.
2. Source and evaluate potential suppliers to determine product availability and terms of sales.
3. Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
4. Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
5. Analyze market and delivery systems to assess present and future material availability.

Requirements

1. 5-10 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
2. Good command of English language.
3. BSc or diploma in a relevant field.
4. Strong knowledge of the Kuwait Market and Food & Beverage industry.
5. Excellent negotiation and networking skills.
6. Ability to work with figures and budgets.
