Job Title: Senior Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our IT projects from inception to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile practices, effective communication, and project planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to manage projects and teams effectively.
• Communicate and manage expectations with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery and scope adherence.
• Analyze and define business and technical requirements, gathering input from stakeholders and team members.
• Prepare and verify detailed documentation, including Business Requirements Specification and Technical System Specification.
• Conduct awareness sessions and workshops to educate stakeholders on project progress and goals.
• Perform automated and manual testing to ensure comprehensive coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for planning, testing, and tracking project progress.
• Manage project changes, documenting updates to scope, timelines, and requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
