Construction Manager

Construction Manager As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in the city of Ar Rumaythiyah. This includes ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. You will be working closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from start to finish - Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans - Monitor progress and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget - Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards - Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders - Provide regular updates to senior management on project status - Identify potential risks or issues and develop contingency plans as needed - Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications - Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during construction Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred)- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes - Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language proficiency is a plus)- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving project goals - Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience) This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Construction Manager looking for a challenging role in the vibrant city of Ar Rumaythiyah.
