Construction Manager - Kuwait City - JobLeader

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in Al-Kuwait. As the Construction Project Manager, you will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed within budget, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and timelines
• Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained
• Create and manage project budgets
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
• Prepare reports on project progress for management

To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred), minimum 5 years experience in construction management, and a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
