Bachelor of Business Administration (Management)Nationality: Any NationalityVacancy: 1 VacancyJob DescriptionDevelop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulationsRecruit, hire, and onboard new employees while ensuring diversity and inclusionDesign and deliver training programs for employees to enhance skills and knowledgeHandle employee relations issues and grievances to promote a positive work environmentManage employee benefits and compensation programs to attract and retain top talentConduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to improve performanceMaintain accurate employee records and ensure data privacy and securityDevelop and implement strategies for employee retention and engagementCollaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall business goalsStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and programsPerform administrative duties for top management. Report directly to the Chairman, CEO and General Manager.Desired Candidate ProfileMinimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fieldProfessional certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR preferred5+ years of experience in HR management role preferably in the same industryExcellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skillsStrong knowledge of employment laws and regulationsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProactive, result-oriented, and able to work independentlyHigh level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
