Arabian Ethicals was established in 1977 to service the pharmaceutical industry as an agent for the management, storage, and distribution of manufacturers' brands to both the private and governmental sectors.Today, Arabian Ethicals has grown into one of the leading healthcare distributors in UAE, distributing 50 brands across its pharmaceutical core business, animal health, and consumer division.Job DescriptionThe Marketing Executive role aims to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns that enhance brand recognition, drive customer acquisition, and increase leads. The Marketing Executive is responsible for managing a range of marketing activities, including digital marketing, design & content creation, social media management, and event management. This position plays a vital role in creating and executing innovative marketing plans that align with the company's business objectives, ensuring the brand remains competitive in the market, and supporting the overall growth and profitability of the organization.Job Responsibilities:Social media post managementEvent managementContent creationDigital marketing and emailersSupplier relationship managementCampaigns and lead generationCollaborationQualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, with hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, and campaign execution.Additional InformationStrong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in marketing tools like Google Analytics, CRM software, social media platforms, and email marketing tools.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
