About your role The primary role of Key Account Manager is to build and promote strong relationships with hotels, restaurants and catering industries in the UAE. You will seek out, present and sell our specialty food items to chefs and purchasers. This allows your customers to grow their business and YOU to grow your career. Your primary responsibilities

  • Build partnerships: Establishing partnerships with your clients and selling the Casinetto concept to potential new restaurants, hotels and catering companies.
  • Maintain relationships: Partnering with your existing clients to meet their needs by providing them with our ingredients for their menu. You will identify and resolve client issues by liaising with our team of customer service, logistics and operations.
  • Growth: Growing your client base across the UAE by forming key relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will manage your daily schedule seeing as many customers and new prospects as possible to generate and grow sales.
  • Monitor your performance: Create, at the end of each month, sales reports about the past month activity and customer analysis using reporting tools through CRM cloud system and daily morning meetings with the Sales Manager.
  • Sales: Leverage and work alongside the team to pitch or bid our products and services to our restaurant partners to achieve your sales target.
  • Get rewarded: Reap the benefits of sales growth through increased sales commissions.
What you need to excel
  • Strong relationship builder, fast communicator, ultra-organized and can work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive relationship building skills which cultivates and nurtures customer relations.
  • Good analytical with problem solving skills to understand clients business needs and provide solutions and options.
  • Must have strong inner drive and self-discipline, with a good digital know-how.
  • 2+ years of sales experience preferably within HORECA and F&B industries in the UAE.
  • Four (4) year degree.
  • Proficiency with SalesForce or other CRM software is desirable.
