About Us:GECO Philippines, part of the GECO Asia Group of Companies, is a specialist IT Consulting Services company with headquarters in Singapore and two delivery centers in the Philippines.Position: Program Manager - Airline IndustryWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to oversee and drive full-scale projects within the airline industry.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program and project management, particularly with airline back-office systems and direct operating processes.Location: Dubai (onsite)Job Requirements & Qualifications:7-10 years of experience in program/project management, preferably within the airline industry.Proven experience managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.Hands-on experience with airline back-office systems, specifically in finance and procurement.In-depth knowledge of airline direct operating processes.Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess systems and provide recommendations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.Job Roles & Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.Oversee airline back-office systems, focusing on finance and procurement processes to enhance operational efficiency.Utilize in-depth knowledge of airline direct operating processes to inform project decisions and strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives.Conduct evaluations of existing systems and processes, providing actionable recommendations for improvements.Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages creativity and innovation.Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or risks proactively to keep projects on track.Why Join Us:This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within the airline industry in a vibrant location.
