Job Title: Sales Manager Location: UAE and Saudi Arabia Job Description: In charge of selling ERP solutions and IT Hardware products in the UAE and Saudi regions for various sectors including retail fashion, healthcare, hospitality, education (schools and universities), banking, and government. We're a Dubai and Saudi-based IT Firm in search of a dynamic Sales Manager to drive the promotion of our solutions, including Asset Management, Warehouse Inventory, and Fashion Retail Management Solutions across relevant industries including IT hardware like Biometric, Face Recognition, and other IT Security products. Desired Candidate Profile: Candidates should possess a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales roles focused on RFID/Barcode solution selling. Demonstrated success in identifying new prospects, particularly within governmental, educational, hospitality, and financial sectors in the UAE and Saudi, is essential. Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture a network of system integrator partners and collaborate on sales efforts.
- Key account management and fostering relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Leverage existing client base and industry expertise to drive business growth.
- Generate and convert new business opportunities, directly sell software solutions, analyze customer needs, conduct product demonstrations, and ensure post-sales coordination for timely delivery.
- Collaborate with support teams for technical assistance and feasibility studies.
- Adhere to payment schedules per service level agreements.
- Maintain a proactive approach towards meeting both short-term and long-term company targets, including quarterly business objectives.
- Manage relationships with channel and business partners across the UAE and Saudi.
