(Female) Senior Sales Executive at I Train Gym About I Train Gym: I Train Gym is a vibrant fitness center in Al Ain, dedicated to fostering a supportive community for health and wellness. We're seeking a driven and experienced Senior Sales Executive to lead our membership growth strategy and elevate our sales performance. Who We're Looking For:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a senior sales role, preferably within the fitness industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.
Ability to build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Expertise in developing and implementing effective sales strategies and tactics.
Strong analytical and data-driven approach to identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities.
Highly motivated and self-directed with a strong work ethic.
Proficiency in CRM systems and relevant sales tools.
Positive and enthusiastic demeanor with a commitment to creating a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business goals.
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities and partnerships.
Lead the sales process from lead generation to conversion and member retention.
Set and monitor individual and team sales targets, analyzing performance and driving improvement.
Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor analysis.
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to create a seamless member experience.
Contribute to developing and implementing marketing initiatives to support sales goals.
