Title - Head of Credit AdministrationClient - Leading Financial Institution (Banking Group)Location - Dubai, UAEJob Purpose:As the Head of Credit Administration, you will play a pivotal role in leading the team of professionals who are responsible for the preparation, execution and delivery of the control processes relating to credit documentation and facility management. This role involves spearheading operational delivery in collaboration with business partners in Corporate & Institutional Banking and Retail Banking Wealth Management together with Group Credit and technology teams.Key responsibilities:Ensuring the unit supports C&IB and RBWM efficient and effective processing of client requests.Establishing a strong team across the CRAD teams who have the requisite knowledge and understand the operational control framework.Ensuring that operational deliverables and relevant KPIs are met.Working with Executive Management, Business and Functional stakeholders to develop and deliver the future state of CRAD.Exploring opportunities for re-engineering / digitization of operational processes to enhance operational efficiency through internal and external engagement with industry leading organizations.Ensure control environment is robust and guide various operations teams to ensure compliance.Ensure that all Audit (INA) and Operational risk actions are completed within the agreed timelines.Build and sustain a high-performance culture and increase employee engagement through employee centric practices.
