HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's global business goals and objectives. Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent across multiple regions. Develop effective sourcing strategies and manage the selection process. Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives, conflict resolution, and effective communication across different cultural contexts. Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to ensure employees meet performance standards and objectives globally. Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and career development across all regions. Compensation and Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain employees in diverse markets. Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR policies in all operating regions. Keep up-to-date with changes in employment legislation across different countries. HR Operations: Oversee HR operations, including payroll, HRIS, and employee records management across multiple locations.
