Job Purpose: Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations and performance of the trade finance process and related activities. Ensure timely and quality services to internal and external customers, maximizing customer satisfaction through customer-focused operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead multiple processes supporting customer fulfillment for trade finance activities, including daily operations like letters of credit, payments, and document scrutiny. Monitor key performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes. Develop cross-skilling initiatives to promote adaptability and continuous learning. Ensure compliance with banking laws, regulations, and industry standards, managing operational risks and implementing solutions. Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic decisions impacting financial well-being. Address escalated customer issues, maintain service quality standards, and build relationships with key stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction.
