After Sales Operations Manager (Construction and Building Materials)After Sales Operations Manager (Construction and Building Materials) - AED 20,000 to AED 22,000Manage and develop the aftermarket operations in line with the planned growth strategy.Continually look for opportunities to improve departmental efficiency as the strategy evolves.Build a department capable of achieving best in class and drive continuous improvement to maximize our assets.Develop and implement a service platform integrated within our established SAP system.Devise a training program to ensure the successful implementation of the service platform strategy.Develop the spare part operations addressing the needs to have material immediately available and accessible to the technicians throughout the country.Source and develop reliable service partners capable of supporting the company's products and in accordance with our customer's expectations of service.Create and implement a programme of training for technicians to enhance their technical skills with the goal to improve on-site efficiency and customer satisfaction.Devise and implement a UAE service strategy with the goal to reduce travel times and speed up response time.Work closely with the Service Sales division ensuring the volume of business generated is aligned with the capacity and performance of the department whilst still maintaining the customers' expected delivery of services.Build a strategy and implement the development and education of regional partners in aftermarket operations.Continually look for departmental cost-saving opportunities.Closely monitor the P&L of the department ensuring set budgets are honored.Maintain and enhance the company's brand name in the marketplace.Background / Experience:Minimum 5 years Management Position based in the Middle East especially in building materials and construction or fabrication/tools/hardware/elevator industry.Profile:Young, dynamic and ambitious person, Age: 30 - 35 years, Self-motivated individual.Qualifications:Proven track record in the growth of a Department in Service, Involvement in successful process implementation, Solid experience in managing people.About The Company:Parker Consult is the fastest growing Management Consultancy in the Middle East.
