Currie & Brown are looking for a Design Manager to join the team in Abu Dhabi.What will you be doing?Assist develop scope of services for all required design consultantsManage the procurement of design consultantsDevelop and implement the design management planManage the design processDevelop a design responsibility matrix to clarify roles and responsibilities of the respective design consultantsReview design consultant deliverables to ensure compliance with the project brief and client requirementsMonitor and manage the design schedule(s)Assist develop the project quality planManage all design consultants in accordance with the project BIM requirementsOversee the implementation of the sustainability program / requirementsAssist develop the statutory approval flow chart for all design stagesOversee preparation of all technical documentation required for construction tender packagesWhat do you need?6+ years' design management experience on a variety of projectsBachelors or Masters degree in ArchitecturePrevious experience of working on Hospitality, Residential and high-rise projects in the UAEAbout YouAbout UsOur corporate valuesAt Currie & Brown, we know that when it comes to a good idea, it doesn't matter where it comes from.
