The Specialist Physician shares the same responsibility as the Consultant Physician for delivering high-quality, evidence-based, and patient-centered care. The post holder is expected to exemplify clinical excellence within the Division and contribute to the supervision and training of junior medical staff. Your job roles will consist of the following responsibilities: Support and adhere to all hospital departmental and divisional initiatives, policies, and procedures.Participate in the organization's performance management system, including peer review and productivity and utilization review processes.Assist Consultant staff in ensuring that adequate medical coverage is provided within the Division at all times.Attend Divisional meetings as invited.Support the reporting, investigation, and response to untoward incidents.Assume other administrative or clinical duties as requested by the Consultant Staff.
