Office Assistant Vacancy in Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are currently hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure. Responsibilities:
  1. Greet and assist visitors and clients
  2. Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
  3. Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
  4. Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
  5. Take dictation and minutes during meetings
  6. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
  7. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  8. Order office supplies as needed
  9. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
  10. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
  2. Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  4. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  6. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  7. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
  8. Must be Indian national for visa sponsorship
  9. Must be willing to work in Al-Rayyan, Qatar
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month, along with visa sponsorship for Indian nationals.
