Role: ISLAMIC FINANCE EXECUTIVELocation: UAE (Abu Dhabi or AlAin)Role Purpose:To source Personal Finance products to the specified target segment & achieve or exceed the assigned target.Key Accountabilities of the Role:Main ResponsibilitiesTo source Al Khair / Tadawul products to the specified target segment and achieve or exceed the assigned target.Maintain good relationships with all institutions/government departments.Visit institutions/government departments to meet potential customers and finalize business deals within the targeted turnaround time based on ADIB policy and procedure.Maintain full awareness of product knowledge and implement them at all times.Deliver timely and prompt service to customers.Adhere to stipulated office timing, follow secrecy norms, and maintain data confidentiality.Regular / Occasional ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review Standard Credit Applications and ensure all information provided is accurate and that critical documents (Bank Statement, Passport copy, Salary certificate, etc.) are authentic prior to sending them to DSPU for processing.Follow the approval process and escalate delays to RSS, if any.Execute Murabaha contracts with customers representing ADIB and prepare the file as per the checklist, forwarding the files for disbursement through the coordinators within 24 hours of completing signing formalities with customers.Ensure that all deals submitted are error-free and rectify any errors if they occur.Check file activation and notify the RSS in case of delay at RFO end.Maintain good rapport with inter-departmental peers to ensure a smooth flow of business.Participate in activities assigned by your line manager during promotions.Initiate cross-selling of other banking products on a best efforts basis.Escalate customer complaints to the supervisor level if any.Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this Role:Broad knowledge of ADIB's Retail Banking products & services.Fair knowledge of service standards, sales skills, and computer skills.Good knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations & risks.General awareness of competitors in the local market.
