Full job description

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data within our company’s systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency. The Data Entry Clerk plays a key role in supporting the company’s operations by managing large volumes of data and ensuring that it is properly stored and accessible. Key Responsibilities:

Input, update, and maintain data in the company’s CRM system, spreadsheets, or other data management systems.
Ensure data accuracy by performing regular quality checks and validating entries.
Prepare, review, and verify documents to ensure that information is accurate and complete before entering into the system.
Identify and resolve any data discrepancies or issues.
Organize and categorize data for easy retrieval and use by other departments.
Generate reports and summaries based on the data entered, as requested.
Perform basic data analysis, identify trends, and provide insights if necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
Familiarity with data entry software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or proprietary software).
Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM is an advantage.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors in data.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
