Our client is looking for a highly motivated and organised People & Culture Intern to join the HR & Operations team of a leading IT Consulting firm in Sydney. The successful candidate will collaborate with the HR and Management teams to support initiatives related to People & Culture. People & Culture professionals are responsible for ensuring that employees are engaged, motivated, and productive. They work closely with managers and employees to create a positive work environment and develop policies and programs that support the organization's goals and values. The People & Culture team is critical for building and maintaining a strong and effective workforce, and for ensuring that an organization is able to attract and retain talented employees.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support formulation, rollout, and measuring outcomes of People & Culture initiatives.
  2. Support Learning & Development Initiatives, including Career Development Plans.
  3. Support return to office or Work from Office hybrid initiatives.
  4. Collaborate with Managers to build communities digitally and in-person.
  5. Support new employees with onboarding, first day and first week experiences.

Requirements

Requirements:
  1. Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  2. Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  4. Passion for learning and a desire to help others develop their skills.
  5. Perfect for a final year student in the HR field with NO experience.
  6. Willing to be in office (CBD) at least 3 days a week.

This is an unpaid internship. There are also part-time casual opportunities applicable for productive work. This internship is ideally also part of Work-Integrated-Learning (WIP) in collaboration with your University.
