We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join our team and help lead our store to success. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Team Leadership : Assist in supervising and motivating a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  2. Sales Performance : Drive and exceed sales targets through effective floor management, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
  3. Operational Support : Support with daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining visual standards.
  4. Customer Experience : Ensure a welcoming and high-quality shopping experience for all customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues as needed.
  5. Training & Development : Assist in onboarding, training, and developing staff to foster growth and improve team performance.
  6. Brand Representation : Uphold brand standards and values, ensuring consistency across all aspects of the store.
A passion for footwear, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for this role. Skills
  1. Leadership & Team Management : Ability to inspire, coach, and lead a team to achieve sales goals and maintain high performance.
  2. Sales & Customer Focus : Strong sales acumen with the ability to engage customers, drive sales, and ensure exceptional service.
  3. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and management.
  4. Problem-Solving : Quick thinking and resourceful in resolving customer issues and operational challenges.
  5. Product Knowledge : In-depth understanding of footwear trends, features, and brand offerings to provide expert advice to customers.
  6. Time Management : Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage store operations efficiently, even during peak periods.
  7. Organizational Skills : Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage inventory, visual displays, and store standards.
  8. Customer Service Excellence : A passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience with a focus on creating lasting relationships.
