Candidates applying for this vacancy must have the following criteria and qualifications to fulfill the position:Minimum Requirements:UAE Real-Estate Experience is a MUST.An excellent, pro-active, and assertive individual with sales experience in the region to make a mark in property sales.Strong networking skills and contacts.Ability to work independently.Strong sales skills and convincing ability to handle client listings.Driving License and must be a resident already in UAE.Job Description:Advertise your properties.Generate sales or rentals through direct prospecting, marketing, and referrals from existing clients.Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases.Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs.Contact property owners and advertise services to solicit property sales listings.Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
