You will be reporting to the Regional Finance Manager, based overseas and assuming full responsibility for the following:Credit Management:Directs the Credit team (Credit Risk Management, Collections and Dispute Resolutions, Cash Application where applicable) and Operations Support. Guides personnel with the resolution of issues regarding account assignments.Responsible for delivering expected results in terms of DSO, Past Due and Risk Management for the portfolio of mainly Middle East Region's customers.Follows the Corporate Credit Policy in the Region; aligns the business operations and works with the teams according to this policy.Interfaces and reports through WW Credit Manager and Regional Finance Manager to ensure consistent application of credit policies, procedures and performance metrics.Escalates in a timely manner any questions beyond the level of authority.Leads process improvement efforts in credit area for the business to achieve operational goals.Annual Budgets and Forecasts:Leads the cluster and country level, monthly, quarterly and annual estimating and reporting processes, working closely with the sales team.Provides sound analysis, supporting the reported results, explaining variances between the estimates and the actual results.Detailed analysis of the management PL, including analysis of revenue, cogs, basic margin, gross margin, operational earning.Detailed analysis of the SG&A (sales and admin) expenses, including sales, finance, facility, general admin and OTC (onetime costs).Prepares and monitors the capital and investment budgets (all Capex items including depreciation estimates).Works with controllers.To be successful you must be/have:Degree in business economics/finance/accounting.Minimum 5 year experience in a similar senior management role.Accounting Knowledge: Local, US GAAP & Taxation.Sound Credit Control experience in a similar environment and processes (able to assess country risk, good knowledge of securities such as LC-s, bank guarantees, etc).Proven ability to address challenges, initiates and implements corrective actions.Self-driven to meet tight deadlines, able to handle stress well.High level of Interpersonal skills - can work effectively with both internal and external colleagues, cross-functional personnel, at all levels of the organization.Ability to work independently with a remote manager.SAP and preferably BP&C knowledge, high levels Microsoft office skills.About The Company:Manpower Professional, a division of Manpower Inc., offers comprehensive, expert recruitment services backed by award winning training, assessment and selection and outsourcing.
