Our client, an established bank, is recruiting for an experienced Organisational Development Manager for their offices based in Sharjah.This position is for a highly experienced individual holding a strong background in both strategic and hands-on organisational development solutions. Working alongside the department head, you will be part of the team responsible for building the learning capabilities across the group.A minimum of 5 years related experience in organizational development and/or training and skill set is required.You will need to be well qualified and possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, preferably in HR Development, Organisational Psychology, Organisational Development, or equivalent.Clear communication skills are necessary, with fluency in Arabic as an added advantage.A very attractive salary package of up to 25,000 AED is offered with the opportunity for further growth and development.A thorough understanding of the process/methodology of:Support org. planning including responsibilities of Job descriptionsLearning & Development - knowledge of Needs Analysis/evaluation of potential solutions/implementing selected solution/coaching & counseling/measurement of ROI etc.Creates and implements development programs that connect employees to the businessIdentify and suggest to HOD - organization effectiveness interventionsAssist HOD in areas of leadership development, team development, and change managementManage the process of succession planning, key employee retention design, workforce management, and developmentKnowledge and experience of design and implementation of Competency frameworkKnowledge and interpretation of assessmentsKnowledge of HAY JE methodologyArabic - Fluent / Excellent English - Fluent / ExcellentJob Skills:Education:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/Organisational DevelopmentEssential:5-8 years related experience in organizational development and/or training & skill setKnowledge of HAY Job evaluation methodology is an added advantageAdvanced proficiency in English LanguageArabic is an added advantageAttention to detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong follow-through required.High level of confidentialityPlease do not apply unless you are already based within the UAE and open to roles working in Sharjah.
