With a sense of exhilaration and discovery, we create unforgettable memories by providing guests the opportunity to discover an extraordinary world filled with thrilling adventures.About the RoleAs the Assistant Manager, Supply Chain Administration, you will assist the Manager, Supply Chain Administration in planning, organizing, and managing the systems and processes within the supply chain team to provide efficient and professional service to all stakeholders. You will proactively approach tasks, seeking opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation, with a strong understanding of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), and a process-driven, logical approach to procurement.Key Responsibilities:Support the Supply Chain from a systems perspective, ensuring accurate information, metrics, and KPIs.Maintain data within relevant libraries and tables.Plan, schedule, initiate, monitor, and ensure quality assurance of procurement and contract activities.Support the Supply Chain operations and broader business from a systems and process standpoint, ensuring workflows and policies are correctly mapped to the system.Maintain, create, and modify system data in the relevant libraries and tables.About YouThe successful Assistant Manager, Supply Chain Administration candidate will have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university in computer science, MIS systems, business administration, or a related field. You will be computer literate with a strong background in ERP & other system solutions (JDE, Coupa), and possess a strong command of Excel. You should be able to deal with problems involving several variables in standardized situations. Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and attention to detail are essential.
