We are seeking a motivated and dynamic E-commerce Specialist to join our growing team at ACCBC Gulf, specializing in managing E-Commerce Key Accounts. You will be at the forefront of our digital sales strategy, spearheading the growth and management of key online retail accounts.Accountabilities:You will lead the setup and penetration of ACCBC brands for top eCommerce retailers across the UAE and Qatar. Responsible for developing and overseeing the brands' online sales, you will ensure a seamless user experience and customer journey on the web. Your role encompasses the end-to-end relationship and performance management of top e-retailer partners in the UAE and Qatar.Strategic Partnerships: Forge strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including local distributors and marketplace retailers, to drive business growth and turnover.Financial and Account Management: Manage the P&L, marketing budgets, and profitability of accounts, with regular forecasting.Brand Activation and Campaigns: Lead brand presence enhancement through innovative campaigns and collaborations.Online Customer Experience Enhancement: Optimize online product presence for improved discoverability and customer engagement.SEO and Digital Marketing Campaigns: Lead SEO initiatives and digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand presence, drive traffic, and increase conversions on various online platforms.Tech and Digital Innovation: Leverage technology and digital tools to enhance brand utility and presence.Tailored Trade Plans: Develop impactful trade plans for each brand and customer in each market.Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and retailers, ensuring timely and professional responses.Sales Analysis and Optimization: Analyze sales data to develop strategies for optimizing account performance.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across teams to assess company-wide opportunities and strategies.Digital Marketing Strategy Development: Oversee CRM, social, and digital marketing plans for managed brands and accounts.E-commerce and Omni-Channel Strategy: Support the development of comprehensive e-commerce and omni-channel strategies. Primary owner to handle E-commerce complaints submitted from all channels including E-commerce platform, Hotline, Online chat, WhatsApp, social media to ensure a good shopping experience for customers.Assisting manager to build dashboard of E-commerce and daily professional operation.Responsible for investigation of dissatisfied E-commerce customers' concern and fix it accordingly.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Advertising or any relevant field.Minimum 2 years Trade Marketing experience / E Commerce with a multinational or professional and respected sales and distribution company.E-commerce business development experience for FMCG brands.Well versed in portal management of all pure click customer.Experience with Google AdSense and search console.E-commerce platforms workings, industry experience in FMCG, Beverages.
