Their mission is to develop and operate state of the art medical facilities, to develop innovative healthcare services, and provide world class healthcare for the citizens and tourists who visit their facilities.Over the decades since their conception, they have received 38 international and national awards and accreditations which include JCI, ISO, MEED, Forbes, CPQ, Arab Health Awards, The Middle East HR Excellence Award, and Middle East Insights' Quality Service Awards.This position is for their brand-new 400-bed hospital based in the Al Sahafa district of Riyadh or for their new 400 bed facility in Jeddah.QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREDIf you wish to apply for this position, you will require the following to qualify as a consultant with this institution, and as per the licensing authorities:3 years Consultant experience in a Western hospital3 years post specialist qualification experience from the following countries:UK - CCTUSA - American BoardCanada - Canadian FellowshipIreland - CSD/CSCSTAustralia & New Zealand (Fellowship)France - DES/DESCOther European countries according to the qualification equivalence tables of the SCFHS.BENEFITS INCLUDEDGuaranteed Salary: SR To be advisedAnnual Gratuity: ½ Months salary per annumIncentives: Paid as a % of income earned for the hospitalContract Duration: 2 years renewableContract Status: Married (if required) Self, spouse & 2 children (to 18yrs)Accommodation: Provided free of charge - fully furnishedFlights: Economy Class for family at start & end of yearLeave: 40 days a year - can be splitEdu Allowance: Provided for up to two childrenStudy leave: Up to 7 days after 12 months serviceMedical Cover: ProvidedTransport: As requiredMalpractice Ins: Provided at a cost priceHours of Work: 48 hours per week, 8 hours per day-shifts dependent on specialtyOn call: As required within the rotaStart Date: By agreement
