With us, you have the ultimate opportunity to gain new and challenging work experiences and create an unparalleled, direct impact.Job Title: KAM Western & Southern Zone - Cx & RxKSAJob DescriptionLead, develop and manage key accounts in the country/cluster to optimize sales and revenue opportunities across Galderma portfolio, build long-term partnerships with customers and create cross-functional harmony across divisions on account level.Duties & Responsibilities:Develop and continuously improve strategic business relationships with Accounts/Key Accounts to contribute to company vision and enhance sales & profitability across portfolio.Achieve and exceed assigned business goals, sales targets and KPIs.Build & drive the implementation of joint business plans with Key accounts.Build internal collaboration across Account team, Business managers and Enabling functions (training, marketing, finance, supply chain etc.) to drive implementation of strategic account plans.Maintain continuous engagement with accounts/key accounts enabling the execution of planned strategies to develop mutual profitable business & gather information for future business initiatives.Gather business intelligence, monitor competitor activity and build revised action plans for improved performance across accounts of responsibility.Analyze performance and efficiency of assigned accounts by continuously reviewing and reporting on sales performance, market trends and forecasts.For Rx & Ax:Works in Tier 1 & 2 accounts to build long-term partnerships with the customers.Builds patient journey and identifies leakage points to serve as a partner to the account.Builds stakeholder mapping and engages with decision makers & influencers within the account.Builds a clear strategy & action plan together with external & internal stakeholders.Drives the plan and pulls internal resources accordingly to drive account growth.Manages cross-functional team to act as 1 Galderma team towards the customer.Skills & Qualifications7 - 8 years sales experience.Eligibility for Application:Should have min 100% annual sales target achievement in 2019 & 2020.Should have minimum evaluation of "Achieving expectations" for annual performance review in 2019 & 2020.Essential Skills, Experience, and CompetenciesHas a high-level of understanding on Aesthetics marketplace, accounts and customers as well as company vision, priorities and portfolio.Is committed to deliver results and challenges the status quo.Proactively seeks improvement, is a solution provider and problem solver.Strategic & analytical thinker.Has the ability to set priorities and remains focused on the priorities while tackling obstacles.Takes responsibility & accountability on quality of customer engagement/service, business results and team's performance.Takes advantage of processes & work systems, proves, and leads by example on execution discipline.Leads by influencing, supporting, and enabling.An excellent communicator - externally and internally.Has strong negotiation skills.Our people make a differenceAt Galderma, you'll work with people who are like you.
