QualificationsStrong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills (verbal and written) in both small-group and large-group settings.Motivated, goal-oriented, and proven ability to meet student recruitment targets.Experience with CRM platforms.Excellent project management skills; demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated ability to work with diverse and multiple groups in a positive manner.Ability to work independently and as an integral part of a team.Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities.Excellent time management skills and the ability to cope with high-volume workloads.Proficient in MS Office/systems (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Proficient in electronic marketing and IT skills.High energy and passion for recruiting.Demonstrated ability to make sound, independent decisions and lead others.Creativity, self-confidence, and flexibility.Ability to understand, adapt, and articulate AURAK's culture to an external audience.Willingness to travel as needed for marketing and recruitment activities.Work ExperienceA minimum of 2 years of professional experience in university student recruitment and marketing or a combination of experiences in similar recruitment settings.A minimum of 2 years of university experience recruiting/matriculating national, regional, and international students and sound knowledge of higher education and admissions.
