Roles & ResponsibilitiesThe incumbent will be responsible for achieving sales targets and promoting the Company and brand.The individual will manage the entire sales cycle from receiving inventory, display and merchandising, housekeeping, customer interface, closing sales, operating the POS, cash handling, and reporting.Maintain a high level of Customer Service in line with Company standards.Ensure customer concerns are addressed suitably.Achieve sales targets and exceed them, keeping the customer in mind.Effectively manage opportunities to Up Sell and Cross Sell.Ensure display standards are maintained at all times, handling tasks including cleanliness, tidiness, and replenishment.Comply with security policy and minimize stock loss.
