Say farewell to the ordinary, and hello to the extraordinary!Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Host/Hostess to be part of the team at SLS Barcelona. Under the Guidance of the Outlet Manager, you'll be responsible for creating a perfect first impression on all guests entering the restaurant/bar, while strategizing the flow of clients, securing large parties and events and ensuring guests have a flawless experience:Greet all guests warmly and by name, escort guests to their table, provide chair assistance for all guests, and menu presentation.Host large parties when scheduled.Ensure ambiance is appropriate, including music, temperature, lighting.Maintain a clean and organized reception area.Approach guests and collect information needed to assist with seat and bar arrangements.Constantly provide guests with accurate information about property as well as entertainment offered.Confirm reservations and answer daily email inquiries in a timely manner.QualificationsWhat we are looking for...Knowledge of hotel food & beverage operations.Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
