This role is ideal for individuals with over 8 years of relevant experience in consulting, particularly within the sports sector. We are looking for ambitious candidates who are experienced, energetic, well-connected, and passionate about sports.In this position, you will lead strategic initiatives, provide expert guidance, and develop impactful solutions that help our clients excel in the dynamic sports industry. You will be responsible for overseeing consulting projects, conducting in-depth analyses, and delivering actionable insights that drive client success. Candidates should have a deep understanding of areas such as Sports Education, Sports Governance, Sports Policy, Sports Business, and Sports Development.Job Responsibilities:Lead Projects: Oversee consulting projects from start to finish, managing all phases including research, analysis, strategy, and implementation.Provide Expertise: Offer specialized knowledge in areas like talent development, performance enhancement, and sports strategy, guiding clients to informed decisions.Market Research: Conduct detailed market analysis to uncover trends, assess competitive landscapes, and identify growth opportunities for clients.Develop Strategies: Create comprehensive action plans tailored to client objectives, working closely with internal teams for smooth execution.Client Advisory: Build lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted partner and advisor to help them achieve their goals.Proposals and Presentations: Prepare compelling proposals that outline our consulting value and present them effectively to potential clients.Close Deals: Lead negotiations to finalize agreements that align with both client needs and company goals, ensuring a seamless project handoff.Mentor Juniors: Guide junior consultants through professional development by providing feedback, coaching, and growth opportunities.Performance Tracking: Establish clear metrics to evaluate project success and regularly update stakeholders on progress.Team Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that exceed client expectations.Job Requirements:Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sports consulting, sports management, or business development.Proven track record of successfully managing projects and delivering results within the sports industry.Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of interpreting complex data to develop actionable insights.Proficiency in project management and CRM software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.Ability to travel as required for client meetings and project engagements.Flexibility to adapt to dynamic client needs and changing market conditions.Additional InformationQualification:Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to present ideas persuasively and engage with diverse audiences.Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry partners.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.Proven experience in client engagement, with a focus on delivering value-based solutions.Ability to mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering their growth and professional development.High ethical standards and integrity in all business practices.Educational Background:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field.A master's degree is preferred.Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), Sports Governance or other sports management related qualifications are highly desirable.About Qantara SportsQantara Sports is a global sports firm with significant expertise in the areas of Sports Education, Sports Consulting, Sports Facility Management, Sports Governance, Sports Policy, Sports Business, Sports Development, Sports Tourism, Sport Diplomacy, Sports Technology, and Inclusivity.
