The Client Profile Enricher for Corporate and Commercial Banking will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining comprehensive client profiles. This role involves gathering, analysing, and updating client information to ensure accuracy and completeness, thereby supporting the bank's strategic initiatives and improving client relationships.

Responsibilities

Data Collection:

Gather detailed client information from various sources, including internal databases, public records, and direct client interactions.

Ensure all collected data is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant.

Profile Enhancement:

Enrich client profiles by adding new information and updating existing data.

Identify and fill gaps in client profiles to provide a complete and accurate picture.

Data Analysis:

Analyse client data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.

Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure all client data collection and enrichment activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Monitor and manage data quality to mitigate risks associated with inaccurate or incomplete information.

Collaboration:

Work closely with relationship managers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights.

Facilitate regular meetings and updates to ensure alignment and transparency.

Technology Utilization:

Utilize data management tools and software to streamline data collection and enrichment processes.

Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in data management.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in data management, client profiling, or a related field, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.

Proven track record of managing and enriching large datasets.

Education

Bachelor's degree.

Fluent in English.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in data management tools and software (e.g., bankers almanac, CRM systems).

Knowledge

Understanding of corporate and commercial banking products and services.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements and data privacy standards.

Attributes

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
