Individual should have an analytical approach to be able to structure ambiguous problems, extract qualitative and quantitative insights from data, and come up with the best solutions that support clients through the required transformation.You will build network across regions with Aon colleagues and clients to better service their needs. Experience Strong consulting experience across Compensation & Rewards Benchmarking, C&B/Incentive Design, Job Evaluation, Organization Design & Effectiveness, Leadership Development, Performance Management System Design, Competency Framework Design projects.Rewards Advisory (including and not restricted to)Compensation and Total Rewards Strategy DesignVariable Pay & Incentive Design (Long Term/Short Term Incentive)Executive Compensation strategy and designSales CompensationCareer and Job Architecture DesignJob Evaluation and GradingTalent Advisory (including & Not Restricted To)Organizational Transformation & Structuring,Strategic Workforce PlanningHuman Capital Strategy ArticulationTalent & Digital TransformationLeadership DevelopmentPerformance Management DesignScorecard Design,Competency Design,HR Effectiveness and Workforce ResilienceKey ResponsibilitiesWe expect you to show ownership, accountability, and extreme learning agility. You will be a part of a highly energized team in consulting and depending on projects you will wear different hats ranging from performing complex analytics to deep diving into research.Typical Responsibilities Will IncludeClient/Relationship Management: Fosters long term mutually beneficial relationship between client organizations and Aon. Is seen as a trusted advisor to mid-level client touchpoints. Is able to fulfil client requests in a timely manner and can co-ordinate with other internal stakeholders to provide an end-to-end solution for client problems. Project Delivery: Works on projects of Mid to Large complexity as a team member. Focuses on delivering client value on time with minimal re-work. Strives to exceed client expectations in terms of quality of output. Project Management: Manages projects of small to mid-complexity. Co-ordinates with team members to plan and execute project delivery. Ensures project is delivered on time. Thought Leadership: To contribute to thought leadership in the industry vertical with timely articles, white papers, roundtables, client events. The incumbent will contribute to this through content development, research, marketing events and other such activities. Business Development: Focuses on client sales opportunities across hunting and farming. Understands client requirements, is able to explain to the client the solutions being proposed and customizes basis feedback.Desires Skills/Competencies Problem Solving Ability Ability to work independently and on a team across multiple projects.
