Health, Safety and Environment Reporting Specialist, dnata

Job Purpose: dnata is one of the world's largest air and travel services providers, offering ground handling, cargo, travel and catering & retail services at over 130 airports in more than 30 countries across six continents. At dnata, we are by your side for the entire travel experience.
As the Health Safety and Environment Reporting Specialist, you will be tasked with providing technical expertise and direction to dnata businesses on all matters related to Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) reporting and recording protocols. You will also be responsible for designing and producing accurate and intuitive HSE performance dashboards and data trends.
Responsibilities:
Be the subject matter expert in all elements of data collection, analysis and presentation.
Demonstrate innovation with regards to Microsoft PBI and other data tools, to ensure up-to-date methods are being utilised.
Develop strong working relationships with all business units and key stakeholders to ensure full understanding of challenges regarding HSE.
Utilise the services and skills that sit within enterprise analytics with a view of sharing best practices, in order to ensure consistent data utilisation across multiple locations and business.
Manage the process to determine a HSE reporting framework and associated procedure and continually review the local implementation of the procedure in line with the framework (LEAD).
Qualifications & Experience:
To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:
Graduated in Safety or Data Science or related field.
5-8 years' experience in a Safety related field.
Preferred Skills:
Skilled in the use of analytical techniques, and able to use judgement to decide upon the most appropriate analytical techniques according to the situation.
Recognises underlying principles, patterns, or themes in an array of related information.
Reviews outputs of analyses to draw conclusions and identify anomalies.
Strong knowledge in statistical theories and methods.
Proficient knowledge with safety related requirements in interpreting OHS regulations and safety codes.
Proficient investigative skills.
