Driller - Land Rig - Kuwait

As a Driller , you will play a crucial role in the success of the onshore/land rig drilling operations. We are seeking an individual with extensive experience in drilling operations, particularly in deep drilling, and the ability to operate 3000 HP drilling equipment efficiently with valid well control. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and oversee the drilling equipment, including draw works, mud pumps, and drilling systems, to ensure safe and efficient drilling operations.
• Monitor drilling parameters, make necessary adjustments, and troubleshoot issues to optimize drilling performance.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a strong focus on safety in all drilling activities.
• Collaborate closely with the drilling team, including assistant drillers, derrick hands, and roughnecks, to ensure smooth and efficient rig operations.
• Complete daily drilling reports and maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and safety incidents.
• Ensure that equipment is properly maintained and report any maintenance requirements promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior members of the drilling team.

• Proven experience as a Driller in the oil and gas industry with a specific focus on deep drilling operations.
• Experience operating and maintaining 3000 HP drilling equipment.
• with no less than 15 years experience (local & overseas).
• A strong commitment to safety and the ability to lead by example in this regard.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with the drilling team.
• Mechanical aptitude and a good understanding of drilling equipment.
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding and remote onshore environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Valid well control.
