Do you have a passion for travel and tourism? Then come join us at the Saudi Tourism Authority (STA) as we help bring Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 to life! Role Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of innovative, authentic, and immersive tourist experiences that reflect Saudi Arabia's diverse culture, history, and natural landscape.
- Design and implement experience-driven narratives that captivate and engage tourists, making Saudi Arabia's heritage and traditions tangible and meaningful.
- Partner with local communities, cultural institutions, tourism operators, and other stakeholders to co-create culturally sensitive and sustainable experiences.
- Stay informed about global tourism trends, emerging experience design practices, and consumer behaviour insights to ensure Saudi Arabia remains at the forefront of experiential tourism.
- Regularly assess the effectiveness of designed experiences through customer feedback and data analysis, making improvements to optimize visitor satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of experiences across all touchpoints.
- Perform other activities as and when required.
- Recommended not less than 8 years of experience in relevant field.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent is preferred.
